Had a short business trip in Galang Batang and decided to check-in here on my last day here. Staff and guards were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were clean and neat. Not too many people wandering around when I was staying there so it gives a perfect environment to take a good rest for an introvert person like me.

The hotel is quite good...
The receptionist and housekeeping staff are not on the same page, so guest requests are not properly attended to, which makes them uncomfortable.

The hotel was pretty good.
In my opinion, the only thing lacking was the reception and housekeeping staff's lack of response to guests' requests for a change of bedsheets, which was a bit harsh. Perhaps they hadn't changed the sheets regularly.

Initially, I was a bit bored due to the distance from the airport, but this was alleviated by the access to the beach. I was initially impressed with the good Wi-Fi signal in my room, but it frequently disconnected, so I had to tether my laptop to my phone for my activities in the room.

on Friday, August 15, 2025. Actually, the location is strategic, the hotel and rooms are neat and clean, the food at room service is also very satisfying. Unfortunately, the hotel management is very lacking, NO staff helped when carrying my luggage and items when checking out. NO STAFF was also agile in helping me when loading my luggage into the car. NO ONE helped direct traffic on the drop-off lane in front of the lobby. Hopefully this can be an evaluation material for the hotel

The first day I couldn't rest because the hotel had an event, noisy until 3 am, the next day I was moved to a room, but I felt tired because I couldn't rest on the first day. The food choices were lacking, and the taste was lacking, sometimes I just wanted to get a glass and the water was gone. The service was lacking in every aspect, from the beginning of check in. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

Room, Service, Breakfast Hotel Good. The only thing lacking is 1, previously for Hotel guests to enter Transstudio Full Free Play all rides, now only the entrance is free and if you want to play the rides you have to pay another 25k. Even though that is one of the goals expected to stay at Hotel Aston is Free Transstudio.

location close 10 minutes to the airport. across a little walk near the pharmacy. next to the hotel there is a children's tourist attraction transstudiopark. get free entrance tickets from the hotel the kids are immediately happy. what is lacking is the AC in the restaurant area during breakfast they said it was being repaired. so when eating it was hot and stuffy so it was uncomfortable. hopefully it will be fixed soon. and PS in the kids room they also said it was being repaired even though the kids wanted to play yesterday. and the pool area where the kids play the shower is dead. need to be paid more attention

Stayed in a non-smoking road view room. Turns out the sound from outside is quite audible. The TV set is still a bit old school hehe maybe because the location is on an island. The toilet is clean, the bed is comfortable although the room ambiance is also old school. What I didn't expect was in-room dining, it was a bit funny because the FO didn't have a softcopy for the room dining menu while they put a barcode on the menu and it couldn't be accessed. The food that was ordered took a long time to come out, it took more than 45 minutes. Sad, for the price I paid. Hope there are improvements for a hotel like Aston even on a small island.
