We checked in a long time ago and were thrown into a far away hotel. The room also did not match the photo, there was no private room. However, the staff was very kind, thank you.

Booking at a villa located on Uluwatu highway but when we arrived at the location, the staff informed us that the villa was full, so we were moved to a villa in Jimbaran (20 minutes from the original location), we couldn't take a shower in the afternoon, there was no water. Car parking was not safe.

For those bringing the family, it is not recommended to stay here. There will be an additional charge for children and the room in the photo does not match the one occupied. Road access if you drive a sedan will definitely be difficult.

It says hotel here even though it's like a private villa, not a hotel. Service is also not pleasant. The TV can't turn on and the wifi sometimes lags badly, then it doesn't reach the bathroom.

Deket banget dari GWK view nya keren harga murah, pegawainya ramah, dan yang paling keren view nya kece dari dalam kamar, datang setengah 1 siang udah langsung dibolehin check in. Menyenangkan.

How in the world can this dilapidated, pest infested den can be a 3-star is beyond me. Decoration is old and many are broken. Youre sharing your room with insects and mice. There 's a hole that I have no idea of its purpose right outside the door. Fell down and hurt my leg in the accident. This is the most disappointing place I have ever been to. Not recommended 😕.

Pertama diksh kamar 2 lantai yang kotor sekali, yang ga sesuai sama order. Terus protes ke CS baru dianter ke kamar yang sesuai order. Untuk harga kamar di 600 ribuan menurut saya ga seharga dengan akses masuk ke villanya yang susah apalagi saya pake mobil sedan. Bathtub lubang pembuangannya bolong jadi ga bisa berendam. Kolam renang kotor. Bathrobes ga ada. Pemanas air harus diminta. Air minum kemasan ga ada. Desk dan brankas dalam kamar ga ada. Hairdryer ga ada. DVD player ga ada. Banyak banget yang pengen diungkapkan tapi ya sudahlah cukup tau aja villanya seperti apa.
