First check in I entered my room there 's already spot on the sheet. They charged me for 150 when cel out after 10 days. Is definitely washable easily. There 's no manager in this hotel. I think nobody care. The reception just keep insist I have to pay. I tell her I will give a bad review her respond just do it. Once again nobody care to keep this hotel organize.

1) Staff are friendly. 2) No 3 G and phone signal in the 1st floor. Although they will tell you ahead about it. Wifi in 1st floor is unstable (on and off) 3) Room is smelly. Toilet smells like pee. It seems the cleaner did not use detergent or disinfectant. 4) They don't go an extra-mile for guests. I requested for a new towel and I was denied because I was checking out at 12nn. I mean would one towel hurt that much? I don't blame the staff though, that could be a hotel policy.
