We love staying in Bigland Hotel Bogor. My husband and I stayed 1 night. The room is clean including the toilet, It's well furnished with new furniture. It also has pretty interior design. We stayed on 20th floor and got a beautiful night view. I think I'll come back next time with my kids.

Brand new hotel, really comfortable and satisfied. resto and swimming pool in one area, so we can swimming directly after breakfast. food are lots of variation and delicious. will be back to this hotel for short holiday...

The bathroom size is not big enough, the sink outside reduces the aesthetics of the room. Hotel facilities are not comparable to the hotel capacity, so during peak season it is too crowded (Lobby, Lift, breakfast area & parking). The positive side is the quality of the facilities in the room is good, the employees are friendly and responsive. The best is the view from the room. Cool. If I may suggest, the cafe on the rooftop can be opened in the morning to see the sunrise.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience.
Check-in Process: Unfortunately, the check-in process was very slow, and the lobby was crowded, which made the experience less comfortable. I hope this can be improved in the future.
Room: The room I stayed in was quite comfortable, but there were a few spots with water leakage, which was a bit disappointing.
Gym Facilities: The gym was excellent! It was very comfortable, and the personal trainer on duty was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kudos to the staff member who assisted me (unfortunately, I forgot his name). Great job!
Breakfast: Breakfast needs significant improvement. Many items at the buffet were empty, the toaster wasn’t hot, and the line at the egg station was very long. Additionally, seating was often full, and there were very few staff members available to help direct guests. The food quality was quite average as well.
Overall: Despite some shortcomings, my stay was still enjoyable. I hope the hotel will work on improving its check-in process and breakfast service in the future.
