This hotel is definitely for transit only. The worst things about hotels is that you need to wait so long during check in and check out. It seems they are not trusting the guest who will stay, need a deposit, and they will check out longer. It looks like the hotel have very less staff to accommodate. Some more need to be consider while you stay, the bathroom wall in made by glass wall which is no privacy when you bring your familiy or friend. No exhaust, and we have to turn off the light so you can see clearly during the shower. It was not so nice. Parking Lot is seem also quite confusing the arrangement. No extra pillows. Air Condition also very bad. Sorry but please improve it. Thank you.

Kamarnya luas, kasurnya besar, ada 4 bantal nyaman, ditambah kursi yang bisa dipakai untuk tiduran juga. Hotel bersih dan nyaman. Pelayanan juga bagus. Kami menginap untuk istrirahat perjalanan menuju Cianjur.
