The location is very strategic for going to Lembang and its surroundings, it is also close to the city center, the price is very affordable, the room facilities are quite good, the wifi often goes wrong but it is better to use your own data network, the check-in process is easy, each room uses a smartlock.

The hotel room smells, there are no towels, no mats, the soap is out, the noise from outside is really audible (not soundproof), I asked the staff for towels but they didn't come at all until check out. The room preparation needs to be improved if someone wants to stay.

Room 118 has a leaky wall, rainwater seeps into the interior, making the walls and floor wet, there are also ants near the toilet. The toilet is also dirty huhuhuuu if it's a normal price, not a holiday price, maybe the price is in accordance with the quality.

stayed for two nights, on the first night someone opened the room in the middle of the night even though the room door uses a pin and only the guest knows the pin, when asked at the receptionist they said no one was walking towards the room
