I was very pleased with the friendly staff. It was just a shame that when it was time to rest in my room, which was upstairs, right where I was staying, there was a lot of noise until 2 a.m., which disrupted my rest. Overall, the hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and staff friendliness were excellent.

This is the third time every time I go to Jogja, I definitely stay here. The service is good, the staff are friendly, the manager on duty, Mr. Gading, is very friendly and helpful. It's just that there are small ants in my room, but otherwise everything is okay.

First impressions upon entering the lobby were good. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony. Unfortunately, the shower had a fixed showerhead, which was a bit tricky for those with toddlers. The service was friendly, both at the reception and the bellboy. Unfortunately, it said check-in was at 2, but the room wasn't ready until after 2. The other room (I booked 2 rooms) wasn't ready until 3. It was quite annoying because I was in a rush to get to an event.
