The parking area is spacious, the hotel is clean, the service is friendly, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, makes it comfortable, the pool is clean, the interior is very Jogja, the bathroom is clean, breakfast is okay, access is easy, 15 minutes from the station, Malioboro, alun-alun, overall satisfied with Hotel Rengganis.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice. The pool is safe for children. There are many restaurants around so it's easy to find dinner. Only the wifi doesn't connect even though there are many wifi. Using your own network is also bad, I use Telkomsel but the signal is difficult.

The location is very strategic in the Prawirotaman area, very close to the city, there are also many cafes around the hotel, just walk, the rooms are clean, but the style is a bit traditional, for those who have children, they can swim even though the pool is small, the staff are friendly and very helpful

When I first checked in, lots of rules were given, secondly no toothbrushes were given, thirdly the sheets and pillows were dirty, the AC wasn't cold enough. Actually the hotel is good, but it lacks maintenance and cleanliness is not maintained, plus it can refill hot and cold water. Please improve maintenance and cleaning services for the sake of consumer satisfaction and comfort. Thank You

Akomodasi terlihat seperti gambar. Nyaman, aman, tenang, dan bersih. Saran saja, lift nya diberi tulisan maksimal 3 orang, karena kalau ada 4 orang masuk gak jalan. Selain itu lebih enak juga jika ada water heater ya. Sejauh ini semuanya oke.

Highly recommended. Ample parking. Super comfortable for those who like open space hotel types. Because out of the room directly open area. Strategic location. Close to cafes, but didn't have time to try it. The atmosphere of the hotel is in the style of Javanese culture. Worth it to stay there again while on vacation to Jogja again.

Had an argument with the hotel receptionist because when I wanted to check in, the hotel claimed to have canceled my order. The hotel reasoned because I entered the wrong cellphone number, then the hotel canceled and it was confirmed with traveloka, even though I didn't feel I got any cancellation notifications via email or applications. However, after I asked for proof that Traveloka confirmed the cancellation, it turned out that the email reply from Traveloka was only in the "please wait" stage (regarding the order cancellation request), but the hotel hastily considered it valid. I was confused and angry because it was night, it would be troublesome if I had to find another hotel. Even though traveloka 'has not confirmed' the request. Finally, after arguing, the hotel gave the room please improve the coordination of the hotel and the traveloka application again.
