Hotel staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast is delicious and quite a lot of variety, the swimming pool is clean. The room is comfortable, clean, really like the design. The hotel is very instagramable.

The hotel is located in the city center and close to PVJ Mall. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the interior, from the hotel building to the rooms, is also very beautiful.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a bellboy who helped us carry our luggage. Highly recommended. I'll be staying here again next time with my family ๐๐

I don't regret staying at this hotel, it's really cool and the design is like a kingdom, the coolest thing is the service is very responsive and friendly from the time I checked in until I checked out, I was served well, especially Mr. Rizki, the receptionist, my intention was to be able to swim in warm water, but when I asked the receptionist, it was only on weekends๐ I don't regret it at all. I want to come back soon

The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible to PVJ Mall, and offers a wide selection of dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Rizki at the reception. Check-in was easy and quick, accommodating our requests. The parking lot is spacious, and Mr. Muhammad Nasur helped guide us, making finding a parking spot a breeze. D'prima Hotel is a great choice when visiting Bandung, especially for a staycation. The menu is varied and delicious.
