Hotel staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast is delicious and quite a lot of variety, the swimming pool is clean. The room is comfortable, clean, really like the design. The hotel is very instagramable.

The hotel is located in the city center and close to PVJ Mall. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the interior, from the hotel building to the rooms, is also very beautiful.

The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible to PVJ Mall, and offers a wide selection of dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Rizki at the reception. Check-in was easy and quick, accommodating our requests. The parking lot is spacious, and Mr. Muhammad Nasur helped guide us, making finding a parking spot a breeze. D'prima Hotel is a great choice when visiting Bandung, especially for a staycation. The menu is varied and delicious.

I came here to stay and have a photo session after my graduation. The hotel smells really good everywhere, just coming to the lobby, the smell of the hotel is already very relaxing. Moreover, the hotel is very clean, the interior and design of the hotel in my opinion are very pleasing to the eye. It's very beautiful for a photo spot, that's why I chose this hotel for my graduation photo session. The service is also really friendly! I had the chance to borrow an iron and it was immediately brought to my room. The bed and the atmosphere of the room really make me comfortable and feel at home. The facilities are also quite good, there is a swimming pool and a playground nearby so you can play with your little ones. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also close to PVJ Mall, so if you want to find food or want to shop, you can walk to PVJ in less than 15 minutes. Next time I definitely want to stay there again🥰🥰

I was very satisfied staying here, especially since I had thought about booking this hotel for my graduation because the exterior looks really good and is perfect for a photo spot. The staff are friendly and the food is quite delicious, I booked 2 rooms but the one with a different type was lower, so I got an upgrade for free 😍 D’Prima is the best, I will definitely come back again.

The reception was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel interior was also very nice.
My only suggestion is that the breakfast was not very varied, and the food was already empty even though we had breakfast at 8:30 AM.

Comfortable, the room is clean but not very spacious, but it's comfortable, the AC is cold, the service is friendly, but the rooftop facilities are closed (swimming pool), but it's okay, next time if you come here again, the swimming pool will be open.

The hotel is nice, strategically located on a side street near PvJ, perfect for those with activities around Setiabudi.
The hotel rooms are compact, but clean and comfortable.
With its fairly affordable price, this hotel is suitable for those needing it for work or travel. However, it might be less suitable for family vacations due to the compact rooms and limited family activities.
