good location near malioboro..tasty breakfast and a very friendly and helpfull staff , the hotel provide a free shuttle to drop us to malioboro every hour.. it was a very pleasant stay during our vacation in yogya..will definetely stay at fave hotel malioboro again when visit yogya next time..

Everything was comfortable for us to rest, the room and bed were clean, the AC was not cold enough and the toilet was not clean enough, especially the toilet seat was scratched and stained (should have been replaced with a new one) so it was not comfortable.

Minuses: - Check-in waiting almost 2 hours before the room was ready, maybe because of the long weekend so the hotel has a lot of orders. - The room's AC needs immediate maintenance, because it is not cold enough. Plus: - From Tugu Jogja and Malioboro is relatively close, there is free delivery from the hotel to Malioboro via Tugu Jogja. - In front of the hotel there are many culinary hangouts until the evening, close to Raminten too (walk 5 minutes to get there) - Parking is quite adequate. - Hot and cold shower works well. - Breakfast variations are quite complete.

I stayed here when I had work in Jogja. The location is quite strategic, close to the city. Especially at night when I leave the hotel, it's full of people selling things, hehe.. people who are just buying snacks like me are the most sought after😁👍
