Love every detail of this hotel! Very pleasant, nice, comfortable, and clean. That interior is minimalist and artistic. Great! My family love the menu in restaurants when we had breakfast. Service excellent!

Really enjoy my stay in Gaia Cosmo! The bed was awesome, it's so comfy. The room was nice, looking great and satisfying. My room had nice view, I could see Merapi Mt. From the balcony. The food on breakfast was tasty too, waitress was so helpful. Restaurant was packed eventho they had asked which breakfast slot we're gonna choose, receptionist told me that we'll have an hour to eat breakfast but I thought some people still stayed at the restaurant to chat so other couldn't get any seats. The only downside only the check out process when the receptionist (I thought he's a trainee) told me to wait, then I waited for 15minutes till I got bored and asked another receptionist, she told me it's good to go.

Very good hotel. We have enjoyed stay in this hotel. Service was good. Very friendly and helpful. For food not so good. We try room service and also breakfast. Especially for bread area. Muffin, pancake and waffle so bad. But thankyou gaia

I really had a great time staying at this hotel. The ambiance, the pandemic's protocol, the co-work space at the lobby area, The coffee was really good. Please order espresso on the rock. It's not on the menu, you can ask the barista. Thank you Gaia Cosmo Jogja.

The service is very good, everyone is friendly, even the receptionist helped me with a booking error, the place is nice and clean, I really recommend staying at the Gaia Cosmo Hotel Yogyakarta.

The hotel is nice and OK.. but yesterday it was so full that we had to wait until 3 o'clock for the room to be ready.. maybe the people who checked out were all around the same time.. the rest was okay..

2nd time stay at Gaia Cosmo, and surely will be back when having another trip to Jogja.
One things need to be improved, is food taste and variant in breakfast will be perfect.

The hotel is super comfortable, there is a swimming pool and gym, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are very complete, all the staff are very friendly but unfortunately the swimming pool smells really strong of chlorine, even after soaping my body it still smells a bit of chlorine, please minimize the chlorine smell of the swimming pool, because it is a bit disturbing.

Great location for a small hotel. The parking space is quite limited, however they offer free valet service which is great!
The restaurant seating space needs to be more spacious during breakfast hour. I had a pleasant stay in here for 3 nights

It was great to have stayed there. We are at the family vacation and booked there for 3 nights. First of all, the prices is barely good (still on a good price, since it was peak season charge) for such thing with GAIA big name.
Room was big enough for our family of 3 and we like the concept of open sink at the restroom area.
The only thing that should be improved was the "ant-attack" and also "rove beetle" that we found several time at the pillow and some spot on the floor (we were at the 303 room for that time). But, it was still be a very good stay for us at that period..
One important thing to, you guys have a good coffee too!! There is a must to get their coffee on the breakfast or maybe at their Inspira Cafe...highly recommended!

One of my bucket lists when I go to Jogja is staying here and thank God I stayed with my family too. The hotel is comfortable, all the service staff are really good, there is a guy who quickly finds a guest's cellphone during breakfast. The room is quite spacious, clean, and the amenities are complete. The breakfast is quite varied although there are some flavors that need to be improved hehe oh yeah, the herbal drink is a bit lacking. The downside is there is no refrigerator huhu a 4-star hotel without a refrigerator is a bit sad 🥲
