Amazing experience to stay at this hotel.
Ambiance/Facilities: the atmosphere is very comfortable.
Food: delicious food. many menu variations. staff in the restaurant are also friendly
Staff Assistance: very helpful. request b'day cake to be delivered to the room, offered to give a surprise to the team. thank you very much to the team who helped give a surprise.
Location: the location is not far from jatim park2. coincidentally after finishing traveling to JP2 immediately stayed here very comfortable

The hotel staff is very friendly, as soon as you arrive at the hotel your luggage is immediately brought by the bellboy, the parking lot is not far from the hotel -+200 meters from the hotel but don't worry there is a shuttle available 24 hours (even at 11 pm there is still a shuttle), the hotel staff is always helpful at any time, breakfast can request various coffees including Cappuccino made using a Simonelli machine, the view from the rooftop is very nice with a mountain view
The only drawback is 1 AC in 309 is not cold but overall the hotel is very good in terms of service and stay experience

Good, just a few complaints such as no water tap for ablution, room service via TV is not possible, can only be done via phone & have to fill out a form every time you receive food, the mosquito net/vitrage opens towards the middle of the window so it covers the view. Several times there were unclear phone calls and the staff came to knock on the door when not asked, giving items that were not requested. Overall not a bad experience. It was really worth it to get such a nice room at an affordable price, there is a shuttle that picks up and drops off at the parking lot. There is an indoor motorbike parking building so the motorbike doesn't get rained on. Breakfast is standard for the main dish, but the dessert is delicious.

Narrow parking must use the valley. If we have something left behind, use the shuttle car parked across the street. Be careful if you bring small children very close to the highway, there must be parental supervision, but I'm happy to exercise walking to Jatim Park 2 near Among Batu Market and also near the vegetable market, all the food is available, cheap, friendly sellers. For hotel food, it's usually an additional taste, per adult breakfast pack costs 170,000.

3. the service was very good, the security guard and the CS were very good
4. the restaurant had cheap food and the service was like an expensive restaurant

The FO staff, Ms. Amel, was very friendly. Check-in was smooth, all my requests were fulfilled, the room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. If I go to Batu again, I will definitely stay at Golden Hill again.

The room is nice, clean, fragrant, spacious, the only downside is the sound leaks, there is no ashtray in the smoking area, hahaha... besides that, the breakfast is just okay, it's like a 4-star class.

If there were 100 stars, I would definitely give it, the service is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it's just that the distance from the hotel to the parking lot is quite a bit for me who brought a toddler, but it was paid off with the super duper awesome service, next trip we will definitely stay here again.

The staff are all friendly. The quality of the hotel is ok. The only thing that is very disappointing is that there is no shower cover in the bathroom, so the shower water sprays out and wets the bathroom floor. We stayed in room 215. Next time I will stay at Golden Hill again as long as I get a bathroom with a cover in the shower room so that the floor outside the shower room is not wet.
