A warm and friendly welcome from the hotel front desk. Valet parking was provided for our car. Check-in was quick, and we were able to enter our room at 2:30 PM. The room was nice and clean, including the bathroom. We had a connecting room with a view of Mount Arjuna.

I stayed here for 3 days. The hotel was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious. It just lacked variety. The staff were all friendly. They provided a shuttle to the parking lot. It's close to all the tourist attractions. It's close to souvenir shops in Batu.

One of the most comfortable hotels for a staycation in Batu city, close to the Jatim Park 2 tourist location, very friendly staff with quite complete facilities, there is a gym, a clean swimming pool, coincidentally got a room that can see the sunrise, highly recommended!!

Got a room by the road and couldn’t sleep since I’m a light sleeper. Mentioned it to the staff, and they sorted it out really quickly with a quieter room. Super friendly and helpful team—really appreciated their service!

Near the Batu center area, try the Skyhill restaurant on the 8th floor. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable, considering the taste and quality.

This hotel is relatively new, with fast service and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. Hot and cold water works well. Unfortunately, it's located too close to the main road, so it's a bit noisy from motorbikes. Parking is limited, so you'll need to take a shuttle to get to your vehicle if the parking lot is full.

So far, it's been a pleasant stay here, and I got a free room upgrade. I requested takeout breakfast because I had to drop the kids off at the hostel very early in the morning, and I got a lunch box, which was pretty standard. I'd like to try the breakfast at the hotel next time. Thank you 👍
