Upon check-in, the hotel staff was very informative. The app stated check-in started at 3:00 PM, but by 2:00 PM, it was ready and we were allowed in.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel staff and security were all very kind, even willing to lend me their motorbike, haha.
Overall, it's highly recommended.
I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The staff are friendly, from the security guard when it rained, they greeted me by opening the door and giving me an umbrella, the best in general. The FO is friendly, thank you for helping me check in quickly, early, the restaurant staff has good service, thank you for helping my parents.. Will come back again when I go to Batu, the location is also easy to access everywhere. 🌷🌟

A warm and friendly welcome from the hotel front desk. Valet parking was provided for our car. Check-in was quick, and we were able to enter our room at 2:30 PM. The room was nice and clean, including the bathroom. We had a connecting room with a view of Mount Arjuna.

Overall, everything was okay...
Check-in was too late at 3:00 PM, so I was already tired and wanted to rest, so I had to wander around Malang to wait for check-in. The room I chose, a Deluxe Premier, had no balcony or view. The interior was nice and cool, but since I was staying, I wanted to enjoy the natural scenery from my room, opening the balcony door and getting some fresh air. That didn't happen...

The room is small with comfortable beds. The only downside of the room is the lack of sound proofing: loud neighbours, screaming kids in the swimming pool on the ground floor, non-stop loud prayers from the nearby mosques from 3:30 am to well into the late morning. So despite comfortable beds, we could not sleep well.
The service is excellent. Friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious and the offering is extensive.
Located in a corner of a busy narrow street. If you go up to the top floor (Skyhill Lounge), the view is great.
