Tapi mungkin untuk improvement, saya coba kasih review: tidak ada post untuk drop off makanan online di sini, tidak bisa dititip di security, jadi driver harus menunggu pelanggan di luar sampai datang (waktu itu saya di luar hotel, kasihan bapaknya harus nunggu lama). Sekelas mercure konsep hospitalitynya harusnya tinggi, customer harusnya dibantu & difasilitasi, bukan ‘direpotkan’ (karena harus buru-buru sampai hotel untuk ketemu driver gojek) 😊😊 Yang kedua, sekelas Mercure dengan rate hampir 1,5jt, sampo & sabun yang dipakai seperti yang dijual di minimarket, bikin kulit kering. Sementara di Jakarta dengan rate 900rb, sudah ada hotel yang kolaborasi dengan Vendor Natural Product / aromaterapi (misal: Sensati* Botanic*ls) dengan bahan yang go green & bersahabat dengan kulit. Bonus: (ini bukan masalah besar namun supaya pelancong lain bisa membandingkan saja dengan hospitality hotel lain) kami meminjam sendok namun katanya hanya boleh pakai yang plastik / sekali pakai, karena kalau sendok biasa hanya untuk Room Service 😊 Wah, seumur hidup baru pertama kali kaya gini (tau gitu kami bawa sendok dari jakarta ya) 😊😊😊 Terima kasih mercure, stunning view!
