I was staying at the hotel with my family. The room is spacious. Right across the Burger King, Domino's Pizza, McDonald's. The city view is fine. Unfortunately the aircon isn't not too cool, but it's fine.

Hotel Pangrango seems to be an old luxury hotel within walking distance from Kebun Raya Bogor (around 7 minutes walk to gate 3). I come for check-in at Saturday night, and the process is fast. The elevator is very small, might only be enough for 2 people + baggage. Our room (superior twin) is very spacious, the flooring is fully wood that kind of feel strange to be walked on. And they didn't give slippers so you need to bear with it. Also not much electric socket (none in bed table) so better to bring additional socket plug. Their toilet seems to be just renovated (feels different compared to their room design), with very spacious shower room. I feel the westafel very high even for me (165 cm), and the water tap doesn't fit (I'm afraid it gonna broke when I use it). For shower, the water is just warm, and there's some smell from the water in shower. Oh, you also need to ask receptionist for hair dryer if you need it. Check out process is also fast, though the reception asked me whether I put deposit during check in (?). Overall it's just enough if you need cheap inn near Kebun Raya Bogor.

Everything was great. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, nice staffs, comfortable bed and sofa even tho it was the old sofa and there's rip in it. The breakfast was nice with various choice of foods and beverages. The restaurant was nice, Swimming pool was okay. Was having a great stay after all.

I booked two rooms for me and my family. The bath towel in my room was old and dirty, the ac was not cold, the water heater took really long time to work and after 15 minutes it backed to be cold. We called the engineer to our room but the answer was just "this is just the way it is". They accepted that their water heater was still using manual not automatic so it will take time to be hot. The worst thing is when I wanted to check out I just realized that my room has no refrigerator while the other room that I booked for my sister and mom have it. My room number was 103. I paid the same price with less facilities. Absolutely disappointed. Anyway the hotel has swimming pool for children, the food was good and located in the center of the city surrounded by so many restaurants and factory outlet, that's the only good thing about this hotel

Bad service is great, nothing disappoints. It's crazy how management briefs its employees. Really recommend! Location is also downtown. If there is sustenance, I will come back again.

For the umpteenth time we spent the night at the Grand Asana Pangrango Hotel with satisfactory and representative services and facilities. When we got the wrong booking date through Traveloka, with the attitude of the officer fo Pak Hari, he helped us until a new voucher was issued that matched the date of our stay without being complicated. Thank you Hotel Asana Grand Pangrango Management, because of work, every week we definitely stay here, at least 2 nights in 1 week because of its extraordinary charm at the best price, we can't go anywhere else. Success always and thanks also to Mr. Fauzan as the manager of this hotel, who is very attentive and accommodates all complaints and input from customers / customers of the Asana Grand Pangrango hotel.

This hotel is the most comfortable hotel during our service in the city of Bogor. The service from the security guard, the janitor to the receptionist and the coffee shop section is very good and friendly. Makes us continue to stay here every week. The receptionists Ms. and Mas are very polite and helpful, especially Kang Hari, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast menu is complete and healthy. Comfortable and close to everywhere. Always success asana grand pangrango. Highly recommended as an advocate and legal consultant, we can receive our clients in the lobby and coffee shop which is spacious and representative. Cool, clean, comfortable and professional.
