This was my first time staying here, staying for two nights in a business suite. I was very pleased with the friendly staff, spacious and clean room, varied breakfast menu, and the hotel's kid-friendly facilities, with plenty of rides for children to enjoy.

This hotel is very suitable for children's holiday choices because it is very kids friendly, there are 2 swimming pools with a pool slide (back) and a regular one (front) with a cruise ship-style building, then there is a train toy right above the swimming pool, there are scooters, bicycles, playground & cycling around the garden is also possible. Then the breakfast menu is crazy with lots of variations, basically the breakfast menu is the best (ice cream, popcorn, takoyaki, noodles, national/expat menus, cakes, and lots of children's snacks. Very close to Gembira Loka Zoo (10 minutes). Oh yes, choose a room with a balcony view of the garden, if the weather is clear you can get a view of Mount Merapi.

The service from all the staff was very friendly, the breakfast menu was very varied, what was really unfortunate was that when booking it didn't include access to Kora-Kora Park. I thought the kids' activities were included, but it wasn't. Hopefully I can stay at Grand Rohan again next time. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here.

Masya Allah, the first 4-star sharia hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food. The five-times call to prayer can be heard in your room with melodious sounds. The hotel's mosque offers congregational prayers five times a day, plus Friday prayers. Fun games for children, kids-friendly. Barokallah, Grand Rohan Hotel.

The check-in process was a bit lacking, perhaps due to the peak season on a long weekend. But otherwise, it was satisfactory. The kids loved the facilities, from the swimming pool, the pirate park, the mini basketball court, the bike rides in the backyard, to the kids-friendly breakfast menu.

Although I was a bit disappointed because the check-in time was after 3 o'clock, and the ride tickets were not given in advance... Overall, my family and I were quite happy staying here. The rooms were clean, the breakfast food was varied, the children's play area was quite spacious, and the staff service was all great.

The hotel is simply the best. I got a free room upgrade, and the room was equipped with prayer equipment and a Quran. The facilities are complete, with a wide selection of breakfast options, and the food is delicious. The hotel staff is friendly. I'll definitely stay here next time I go to Jogja.

I was very impressed with this hotel because it has a prayer facility, a mosque, and the staff were also very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies designated for smoking. There's a spacious garden and playground, a gym in the same room as the playground, a crystal clear swimming pool, and delicious food. Overall, it's top-notch globally.
