I stayed at 305, there were several small cockroaches (German cockroaches) I have informed the FO, they said they would re-treat, I said they couldn't, it was just a cleanliness issue. Sorry for the criticism and suggestions to improve.

My first stay was comfortable, the room was comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I only had an uncomfortable experience with the receptionist. When I checked in late at night, I asked if there was any parking available downstairs. Instead, I was told the opposite, basically, don't ask me, I don't know, ma'am. I hope the service and friendliness of the receptionist can be improved. Overall, the hotel is satisfactory. Thank you.

It's my second time staying here and so far I've been comfortable at the hotel.. but there was an uncomfortable experience at the restaurant with one of the senior staff as of today. I have mentioned the room number and it has been validated okay in front of the restaurant, but after I went to the toilet and was about to eat, I had to be approached again and he asked again as if he wanted to make sure whether room 203 was with the name ma'am... sorry, it seems he wasn't sure if I was really staying at the hotel because I was sweating after exercising around the hotel. please help if it was confirmed okay at the beginning, we don't need to be asked again. It would be better if the restaurant service is more improved and friendly. thank you

It says 4 star hotel, the bathroom is in such condition, the bedding also has lots of stains, I booked 3 nights on weekdays, when I checked in I wanted to move hotels straight away, I wanted to meet the manager and asked for a refund, by paying for 1 night but they said the manager had left, couldn't give a decision, the lady in the lobby also answered like a robot... not recommended

When I first booked, I read bad reviews on Google, but I'd already paid and it was tight. I gave it a try.
It turned out to be nothing like the reviews. I arrived at 1:00 and was allowed to check in. The room was very spacious, with a prayer area and even a complete prayer set with a Quran.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with AC, TV, and hot water working well. Everything was complete, even slippers.
The staff was friendly, and when I asked for paracetamol, they quickly got it.
The restaurant offers delicious food, especially the curry fried rice and melon pudding. There's also a wide selection on the menu.
The lobby is spacious. I left my luggage there after check-in because I wanted to look for souvenirs, and they kindly helped me.
There's a large prayer room for congregational prayer.
The hotel is 8-10 minutes from Malioboro Street by Grab, and there are also many places to eat around the hotel.
Criticisms and suggestions, perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, require extra cleaning with equipment like a wet vacuum that uses hot steam to remove limescale in the bathroom, and the glass is fine with just a regular cleaning.

The bathroom floor was slippery, with a mossy appearance, perhaps not very clean.
