This is the first time I've found a hotel that provides complete prayer equipment and a Quran. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, and the price is still affordable. Perhaps the food variety could be improved to make it more palatable.

The room is too stuffy, there is not enough air circulation so it easily smells musty even though it has been sprayed with fragrance. Then the phone in the room is dead, and one of the male staff is not very friendly.

The second time I stayed here, it turned out to be very different. At first I understood there was trash under the mattress, until finally an unpleasant incident happened. The tall, dark-skinned security guard had a very bad attitude. I thought he would be friendly and take the initiative to help lift the goods. I said thank you and 30 minutes later I lifted the second part of the goods. I asked to go up the elevator together but was ignored and then the elevator was deliberately closed as if there was no one in front of him. I did plan to give a tip, but I only had one sheet of cash left for the deposit. Even though the receptionist and housekeeping were very friendly. It was a shame that I stayed there for 2 nights and planned to extend to 4 nights in Yogya. Hopefully the incident can be fixed by the management

The AC was broken, couldn't be turned down. The first night was like in the refrigerator. I had already told the staff and checked it but it didn't work, it was still cold. On the 2nd day I complained again, then the staff told me to turn it off from the electric fuse directly. Oh my, it wasn't said yesterday. The food variations were very limited for a 4-star hotel. And what was shocking was when I wanted to get some milk, there was a baby cockroach outside the jug. In my entire life staying in hotels, this is the first time I've encountered something shocking at breakfast. The security guard was insensitive, he just stared at someone carrying a bag. The cleaning staff was friendly, the frontliner was also friendly, the lady wearing a hijab and glasses.

Very glad to stay here, at serela, was never expected that cozy, the room has carpet, clean bed sheet as requested, and the breakfast taste good, and surprisingly the room was upgraded i dont know which is from traveloka or from the hotel. But that was nice stay. Will be an option to stay at jogja.
