Very helpful staff when checking in and checking out

At the beginning of my stay, when I entered the room, it turned out to be hot, the AC was not cold, I had called the technician but it was still hot, unlike usual when I entered another hotel, when I entered the room it was cold.. I went to the receptionist to ask for a room change because I was worried that it would make me uncomfortable in the future during my stay, and the receptionist changed the room, Alhamdulillah, the new room when I entered was cold, unlike the previous room.. Please make sure the room and all the facilities are in order before guests enter the room so that guests do not go in and out of changing rooms...breakfast and other facilities are good, there is a sauna too, all the employees are friendly and kind..Thank you

Since we didn't have breakfast, we tried the pizza, it was really delicious, we ate it while we were swimming, the room was very comfortable, next time we'll stay here again if we go to Bandung, thank you.

It's family friendly, really...close to the city center...the hotel building is quite aesthetic and all the rooms seem to have a city view...the food is standard but quite worth it

Overall, the hotel was good, but it's a shame that for the price of 900,000 Rupiah, my room rarely had hot water, sometimes it was available, sometimes it wasn't. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I needed at least two breakfasts to try them all.

Recommended by my friend who stays in Bandung. Comfy, clean, and the breakfast is good.

The location is quite convenient, not too far from the city. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Unfortunately, the water heater in my room wasn't hot enough. Perhaps it could be improved. But overall, it's okay, 8.5/10.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is located in the middle of the city. The design of the bedroom and the bedroom are not good for a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool is very small. The variety of main dishes and stalls for breakfast is small and the taste is ordinary for a 4-star hotel, there are many variations of pastries.

Good, but there was something wrong with the one in the room, seafood fried rice for Rp35 thousand, when I ordered it turned out to be Rp60 thousand after I looked again and matched it with the menu on the QR, the photo was fried noodles. I don't know which one is wrong, hopefully it will be fixed soon for the printed menu.

The location is very strategic and close to everywhere, recommended.

staying at this hotel is quite comfortable..cleanliness is okay..but it is not worth the price because the water in the bathroom is not hot at all.even though I deliberately took a higher price because I wanted hot water.have complained to the receptionist but the answer is sorry again for the repair.but until we checked out the water in the bathroom was still cold.from the beginning we have contacted the water problem, but there was no solution from the hotel.if I had known that, I would have taken the lowest price,,because it also had cold water.

The bathroom water is not hot, I have asked for it to be fixed but nothing has changed.

This is my second time staying here. I booked a Superior Queen bed City View room, with a description on Traveloka of 21 m2 room area. My expectations were high because when I read the description of the room it was good and comfortable. And of course the price is different from other room types. When I checked in, I was served by a male receptionist (I didn't pay attention to his name) at 17.30 because it was approaching Maghrib I didn't pay much attention. I was given a room key on the 12th floor but when I arrived the room was not according to my order because it was with a Twin Bed and I automatically called the receptionist chart below to complain and make a room note according to the description on Traveloka. After waiting 15-20 minutes, one of the receptionists arrived (but not the same staff when I checked in) and gave me a new room key. I then moved to a new room and was still on the same floor. When I entered the new room, the bed was indeed a queen bed type, but the room area was not 21m2 as described. From this incident, I was honestly disappointed. It seems that I was not given my right to stay in a room according to the type of room that I had booked. Because this room type is the same as when I stayed the first time. Please be more transparent and honest in providing services in the future. I had high expectations for the Hotel, but it turned out not to be as expected.

Strategic location for walking and culinary, clean room, very helpful staff. I love it.
