The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the rooms we booked was a little late in arriving, so we were given another room (though it did smell a bit of cigarette smoke). Overall, the facilities were clean, the bed was soft, the room was spacious, there was a swimming pool and gym, and the room rates were also affordable. Highly recommended.

It was so sad, checking in and being told to wait for about an hour with the excuse that the room was being prepared, cleaned, and checked for completeness. And after waiting an hour, it turned out the room didn't match the request for a connecting room. I had already unpacked my things and confirmed that I didn't need to change rooms because I was tired, but I was told to change to a connecting room. Maybe the staff miscommunicated.
The food had a lot of variety and was delicious, although I was asked to pay extra because the lady didn't know the number of people and rooms booked 🤍

room was good the only thing i have to say is i checked in after 2pm and still had to wait around 15 mins to get my room done before i can check in, though this should be done before our official check in time?
