Good hotel in a very good location. Really close to my destination to APL Tower, Central Park and this hotel provides you with good sleep and good breakfast overall. Also good service from all personels.

I've stayed here many times, but the last time I got a really bad room, the door was broken, the sink tap was crooked, the shower was crooked, the bathroom door couldn't be opened, the pillows were dirty and many more.

Everything was good, except for 1 receptionist, it's Kendri or whatever his name. He serves the customer like he dont like that job.
And the other problem was the technician named Agung. So unfriendly and got no manners. Even when I asked something about the room, he pretend like he knows really well and end up the room still dirty.
Luckily, there's another staff that handle it really well.
Still will have a visit to this hotel, but for the improvement, maybe you should have a talk and consideration about that receptionist and technician.

Order a superior Queen room, the carpet is a bit dirty, the bathroom has a lot of dirty white spots, the Wi-Fi password must be asked by the receptionist first, the price of food on the menu and when paying is different, I ordered chicken katsu, the price on the menu is 45 thousand, but when I paid it turned out to be 65 thousand. The buffet breakfast also felt less special, the sausage tasted a bit raw, the butter chicken still had a lot of blood. Although it may be an old hotel, hopefully it can be improved again.
