Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

Really enjoyed the time here. Big room, clean, comfortable bed and pillow, with a bathtub. Also a lot of children's activities, such as a mini zoo, playground, pool, and cooking class. My kid left his pillow, and the hotel found it and gave it back the day after in good condition. Thank you.

1. There was a leak in the edge of the bathtub, so if you wanted to use it, the bathroom would flood.
2. The technician told me the bathroom exhaust was low. There was nothing I could do about it, so the smell lingered for a long time.
3. There was no variety of substantial food for small children, even though it was a weekend when many families were staying. Everything was spicy.
4. There was no place to peek out of the door if someone knocked. So if a bad guy came in, it would be very dangerous to open the door. Furthermore, there was no card access for the elevator.
5. The food tasted lacking. It wasn't salty enough or sweet enough.

The hotel is okay, the rooms are clean, but the children's pool is very small. On weekends, many families with children probably stay and accompany their children to swim in the children's pool. So the pool is full of parents accompanying their children. But overall, the hotel is okay.
