The hotel is located on a busy one-way traffic route, making it difficult to cross.

When I was there, it was a long holiday and many people stayed with small children. The swimming pool facilities for children were not big enough for children even though the hotel title said it was suitable for children.

I booked two rooms on Idul Adha long weekend. However, the overall experience was slightly disappointing. That's not to say there's no positives, I should commend the hotel for these certain aspects: 1. The receptionist was quick to help when I was having a trouble with my room's card scanner. We needed to tap more than 10 times to get in, and he quickly replaced the card without hesitation; 2. The breakfast was amazing, many varieties, and the tasted great. 3. The hotel being a "kids-friendly" hotel is not just a label. Aside from the warm kids pool, there are mini-zoos, playground, and even a baby spa. They're committed to that. 4. The photobox on the ground floor is a nice touch. I've seen so many families went in and out getting their picture together. For the improvements, judging by my stay alone: 1. The breakfast staff could've been nicer. Out of many I asked for help, only one of them helped me multiple times. I once asked for a knife and an extra spoon, the other staff just told me "you can take it there [near the pantry]". Not that I ask to be respected, but isn't hospitality one thing that a hotel scored by? 2. My room reeked of musty smell. It smelled exactly like a damp cloth that's dried too fast. Along with that, the exhaust fan wasn't on the whole time we were there; and it was not just my room, but my mother's room too. 3. The meal staff from pool and traditional food at breakfast were not always stand-by. While the latter was understandable due to shortage of staff (I presumed), but the former was disappointing. My sister had to wait more than 20+ minutes until the staff in Ruftop Cafe appeared. She wanted some bakso, the staff told her they ran out of bakso, but then later there was bakso. It confused us and we had to wait long just for an information that could've been displayed by paper. 4. The elevator was weird. Up to this writing, I cannot understand why the elevator has to go up all the way to the 10th floor before it descends. I was in the 5th floor, the elevator was in Ground. It went up to the 10th floor before reaching 5th floor, most of the times, there was nobody in it. So why? I presumed it could be programmed to stop at the designated floor except there is someone pressing the button on other floor, no? While we enjoyed the stay, but some of these complaints made it less enjoyable than it should have.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, complete, clean, child-friendly because there are lots of play areas, it's cute and there's a photo booth.

I had such a great time staying here! The vibe was super nice and chill, which made it really easy to relax. Everyone was friendly and the whole place just felt really cozy. It's also very baby-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The check-in process was served very quickly by the reception staff, the room was clean and comfortable, the entertainment facilities in the hotel were very friendly and fun for children, so there was no need to leave the hotel again to find children's entertainment. So the hotel reference for the next family vacation to Bandung

The staff is okay. The facilities are also okay. Loved staying here, especially the facilities for kids.

Ok not bad. But the lifts took way too long to arrive everytime I wanted to go to different floors lol. The breakfast area was horribly crowded, not enough space to go around for everyone.

There are many facilities that make children happy to stay there.

The room is spacious and comfortable, but in the bathroom after using the bathtub there is a puddle of water which is quite annoying because the drainage is in the wrong position.

if you stay here, it's better not to have any activity schedule outside. grandtjokro bandung The children's facilities are very complete 🥰 while checking in, the kids took welcome snacks ✅ just entered the room, immediately asked to swim ✅ after taking a shower, on the rooftop of the hotel there is a complete mini zoo where you can feed/milk the cows✅ in the afternoon hang out on the 7th floor, there is a cafe with a beautiful view called Teras Tujuh ✅ in the evening?? there is a balloon playground next to the cafe, you can do archery etc. the next morning? super complete breakfast with a varied menu for children. join the children's cooking class, play sand near the playground. swim again, take a shower, lie down, check out. recommended for a staycation.

Parking lot is not spacious enough, if there are many people staying, it is difficult to get a car park. Wi-Fi signal is bad, can't connect to laptop, on cellphone it often disconnects. Hotel rooms are poorly maintained.

Everything is good, only the bathroom smells a bit of urine.

Very good, suitable for family to stay in this hotel.

The best hotel for kids. The food is varied, the rooms are quite good.

The pool water is warm so it is highly recommended for children even in cloudy weather. Breakfast has many choices.
