Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

Really enjoyed the time here. Big room, clean, comfortable bed and pillow, with a bathtub. Also a lot of children's activities, such as a mini zoo, playground, pool, and cooking class. My kid left his pillow, and the hotel found it and gave it back the day after in good condition. Thank you.

I ordered a baby crib, but when it arrived, it was full of rust and sharp metal, very dangerous for children :( There was no hair dryer, the bathroom door was hard to open, the shower didn't come out smoothly.

At first, I had difficulty entering the room because the card couldn't access the room. Luckily, a hotel room staff member was passing by so I could enter before the card was replaced by another hotel staff member. Fast and great response.

I came here during a long weekend and the hotel was full.
Cons:
- Parking is difficult, but there's valet parking.
- It's kid-friendly, but there are tons of add-on activities. It's great for moms.
Plus:
- Even though it's full, breakfast is still plentiful, so you don't have to worry about running out.
- The food variety is super-plentiful. Happy!
- Booked a deluxe room, but it's spacious.
- The playground is small, but it's pretty good.
