Alhamdulillah kamar sangat nyaman, bersih, terang, AC dingin, air hangat kamar mandi berfungsi. Kalau mau air panas dan air es ada dispenser di lantai bawah. Dapet harga terbaik. Kekurangannya lumayan jauh dari perkotaan tapi dekat dengan Sindu Kusuma Edupark. Jam 12.00 langsung diketuk pintunya pas mau check out sangat disiplin yah btw hihi. Hanger ada 1, sabun Shampoo ada pump. Ada sikat gigi dan Odol mini. Tapi beter beli aja untuk toiletries di bawah ada minimarket.

Strategic location near the city centre. Decent yet complete facilities you could ask for a such affordable price (water heater, wifi, TV, AC), a step away from mini market. What they can improve are 1) water dispenser available upstairs 2) receptionists have been always smoking each time we pass by, smell of cigarettes is so strong around the front area.

Got kamat number 8 above. This is more like an exclusive boarding house. There is no receptionist, only guards. Near many places to eat and minimarkets. 2 pcs towels are provided. There are no toothbrushes, soap and so on. The hot water can sometimes be bad. It can be an option if the others are full.

The towels are not suitable for use, at home they are already used as doormats. The color is green to blackish brown 🙏 when I checked in I didn't know where the guard was, he said the guard would just go wait for confirmation from the guard first, when I wanted to check out there was no one on guard either. I don't know the concept. The plus point is that the rooms are spacious. The AC is cold, at a very good price there is a table & cupboard.
