The location strategic, comfort rooms and great breakfast but the reception so bad. I calls many times nobody pick up the phones and I ask for laundry bag I must call twice and waiting for 1 hours. The reception and other staffs not helpful

Honeymoon set free and thanks to the HK decor team and Ms. Ayu, Ms. Herta, who has been bothered but very friedly, the breakfast has lots of choices, the staff are friendly, just thank you, Horizon Hotel Lampung.

The hotel is comfortable, the food is delicious, everyone is confused about which one to eat hahaha. Thank you for making the slice cake for the anniversary. Always success, Lampung horizon 🙏🏻

Spacious and clean rooms, kids friendly, strategic location. The only drawback is the refrigerator which is not cold. Thank you Horison for the service and good service with Kak Dona.

Very comfortable! The room is not too big, yesterday ordered a standard delux. But enough to bring a small family. There is a sofa that can be used as a place to sleep if urgent. The room is clean, the hotel standard toilet. The shower is really loud, maybe it's just been repaired. 😅 Many variations of food, like pecel. Meatballs, various drinks and westernized heavy food are available. There is a pool for children, still under parental supervision.
