The AC is not cold, the toilet tank takes a long time to fill up so if you want to flush you have to wait first, the food is not tasty, the mattress is dusty, there is only 1 power outlet.

Very misleading. It looks like a modern hotel from the pictures but it's old and tired and a bit dirty in the rooms. Very disappointing if you're expecting a 4-star hotel rated 9 stars by other guests. Not sure how that's possible really!
