Stayed 2 nights with family. The location is quite strategic, easy to find food. Parking is quite spacious & can valet.
Staff is friendly. Cleanliness is ok.
For the room is quite small fortunately booked 2 rooms & request connecting door, no refrigerator. Soap & toilet shampoo only small bottles no soap dispenser.
TV is not smart tv. Wifi is ok, AC is cold.
Breakfast variations are quite ok & standard hotel taste.
Overall ok just small room so for family should at least 2 rooms.

Comfortable hotel, very child-friendly, close to places to eat. Parking is assisted by valet. Incidentally, early check-in can be assisted. Hotel facilities are complete. Afternoon tea and sweet treats are delicious. For the swimming pool, the water is clean, but the tire/float facility must be paid for, a little disappointed. Another suggestion, add/update the children's facilities and games, it seems it will be much better.

Child-friendly hotel in Jogja, the kids were very happy, staying for a birthday moment. When requesting a birthday treat, the hotel was okay, but until check out there was none. It would be a different story if they said it couldn't be done from the start.

This is my review of staying in Superior Room Type 504 which has very poor cleanliness.
- as soon as I entered the room, the toilet smelled pungent and it took a long time to disappear.
- met a gecko in the hotel lol
- on the sheets were found a lot of hair from the previous person who stayed.
- one of the sheets was installed upside down like in the photo lol how is that possible??
- the sheets were stained
- there was also hair on the headboard hadeuuu how come☹️
for hotel facilities I admit it is indeed very kids friendly. but for cleanliness in the room I stayed in = 0.
- breakfast is varied but it tastes ordinary.
this hotel takes the theme of kids friendly, cleanliness should also be the main concern that must be considered.
don't just focus on the nice rooms. even though all types of rooms should be maintained for cleanliness, in the lobby I also found flies btw, haduu.
so I think twice about staying here
