Hotel staff were amazing at all levels: front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, even administration. I had my reservation initially on May 15-21. I requested a change to May 9-15. The administration staff were able to accommodate my request. They contacted the app, which in turn contacted me for confirmation. The breakfast menu the hotel serves does reflect Indonesian cuisine, so it is a great introduction for newly visiting foreign tourists. Its vicinity to Teras Kota Mall makes the food option even wider for lunch and dinner.

Hotel Santika is always my favourite. The price is reasonable and the facilities also good. The best thing from the hotel is the breakfast. They have variety breakfast style that you might like, such as western style or indonesian style. And as their signature, they always have the indonesian traditional snacks.

The location is quite good, access to the mall can be directly from the swimming pool, the room is quite small, it looks like an old hotel, the glasses look shabby and dirty, there is a lot of food, it is varied and the taste is quite good

Actually, this is one of my favorite hotels, because every hotel has direct access to the mall. But this time the 8th floor is no smoking, oh my, what should I do (when I first got out of the elevator and stepped on the 8th floor, I could really hear the guests laughing loudly, I thought they were chatting near the door, okay. But at night, even until 1 am, there were 820 noisy people next to my room chatting with each other, it wasn't loud, but imagine, even normal chatting could be heard in our room, let alone laughing loudly, it really needs more soundproofing) I wanted to call but there was no phone, I had to click the barcode again, my eyes were really heavy, I continued to sleep reluctantly. Hopefully this soundproofing will be fixed soon. To all the crew and employees, they are all good, friendly, and responsive, the food is also delicious, both ordered from room service and breakfast, thank you Santika 🤗

I was here for 2 days. Hotel's location is good, right in the middle of the town, close to hospital and right next to the mall. Check in and check out was quick. Services and friendliness from cleaning & breakfast staff were excellent, but from receptionist and many staff that wore suit were bad. No smile at all. The room was good, the view was great. Had some trouble with electric plug that didnt work complained and fixed. Had some trouble with hot water too, complained, NOT fixed but they insist it was.

The location is quite good, access to the mall can be directly from the swimming pool, the room is quite small, it looks like an old hotel, the glasses look shabby and dirty, there is a lot of food, it is varied and the taste is quite good

Actually, this is one of my favorite hotels, because every hotel has direct access to the mall. But this time the 8th floor is no smoking, oh my, what should I do (when I first got out of the elevator and stepped on the 8th floor, I could really hear the guests laughing loudly, I thought they were chatting near the door, okay. But at night, even until 1 am, there were 820 noisy people next to my room chatting with each other, it wasn't loud, but imagine, even normal chatting could be heard in our room, let alone laughing loudly, it really needs more soundproofing) I wanted to call but there was no phone, I had to click the barcode again, my eyes were really heavy, I continued to sleep reluctantly. Hopefully this soundproofing will be fixed soon. To all the crew and employees, they are all good, friendly, and responsive, the food is also delicious, both ordered from room service and breakfast, thank you Santika 🤗

I was here for 2 days. Hotel's location is good, right in the middle of the town, close to hospital and right next to the mall. Check in and check out was quick. Services and friendliness from cleaning & breakfast staff were excellent, but from receptionist and many staff that wore suit were bad. No smile at all. The room was good, the view was great. Had some trouble with electric plug that didnt work complained and fixed. Had some trouble with hot water too, complained, NOT fixed but they insist it was.
Overall, good hotel but need some improvement in Services.
