Dear Santika Hotel Garut, Thanks for all of your services! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the amenities were great. I really enjoyed to stay at your Deluxe Room with Mountain View because of this panoramic landscape. The restaurant were clean and the menu’s are good enough. I took so many pictures and here are for you. Once again, thank you. I’ll be back again!

Pro: Nice view. New building. Con: Check-in is very long (queue and room not ready until 4 pm). Food is so-so. Parking access is dangerous, there is a kind of small bridge with a steep incline and for 2 directions. It will be dangerous if there are 2 cars passing at the same time in opposite directions.

I upgraded the room because it turned out that the room I booked previously did not have a balcony. But I was very satisfied to be able to see the city light of Garut and the sunset sunrise from behind Mount Guntur from the room.
For the food, Sofar is so good, only the Indonesian food is not very Indonesian (for example, the Balado eggplant vegetable should use home-made spices without having to add instant sauce) and some of the menus that have a mixture of cornstarch thickener I think are a little too much.
Oh yeah, the Spaghetti Carbonara doesn't taste creamy enough.

book 2 premiere rooms & premiere suite, there is a connecting door. in my opinion the room is ok, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the view is ok but access to the room is very, very far from the lobby & restaurant.. so if you go back and forth it's quite a lot, even though it's a suite but you have to struggle because the room is at the end😞😞😞
input for the restaurant to improve the cleanliness of the cutlery & food quality.. a bit disappointed because the spoons, forks & glasses were not very clean. some of the breakfast buffet food was also overcooked, even though I came to the restaurant at 9 am. a bit disappointed because it's a 4 star right😞😞

this hotel yesterday during the holiday on April 18-19, almost 70% of visitors brought cars from Jakarta/Bekasi
This hotel provides welcoming tea,
the staff is so humble & supportive, there are many children's activities (painting, planting rice, riding horses, etc.).
