All staff are friendly and very helpful during your stay there. The downside is that the selecta recreation area is limited to 1 entry only. So once you return to the hotel you can't enter the recreation area anymore.

The view outside the hotel is nice, the room is spacious, suitable for families. The room environment is clean. The drawback is that many of the cabinets are broken and cannot be used. Some rooms do not have chairs in the room, I happened to book more than 1 room. A little far from the center of Batu city, about 8 km. The staff are all friendly, informative, there is free entry to Selecta too.

nice room, spacious parking lot, lots of play area for kids, good service, variety of food, but for internet tv must be assisted using new cellphone to connect. but for all it's really good for family recreation.

for the place is ok. the service is also friendly, the environment is also comfortable, the parking lot is spacious. got a free ticket to selecta 2 pax. but unfortunately the bathroom smells very bad. until we had to buy air freshener, but it still didn't work. the breakfast service is also less than satisfactory. when we came to the restaurant, there was only fried rice and white rice. side dishes and vegetables were left empty for a long time. even the stock of plates ran out, the staff at the restaurant didn't know.
