The hotel is comfortable and makes you feel at home. You can refill your drinking water as much as you like, the Wi-Fi is fast, the bathroom is clean, and the water heater works. It's really great. I'll stay here again if I go to Jogja again.

The hotel is very good and recommended for all visitors who come to Jogja. The receptionist was friendly and yesterday was thirsty and was given orange juice for free. The location is strategically close to everywhere which is very okay, not only that the service is very good and I will subscribe here if I go to Jogja again. Thank you Hotel Zamrud Malioboro.

There is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Just review that, so you know that if you bring elderly people, don't come here, it's a shame to go up and down the stairs.

The place is nice, but for the quality of the bed sheets and bathroom, please improve the toilet, replace it and repaint the walls to make it look neat, but the water is smooth, the hot water is also safe at all times, for those of you who want to stay in Jogja near Lempunyangan station, you can take a room at the Zamrud Malioboro Hotel, always successful

The staff are friendly, but the room is ugly, dirty, the door is broken. This hotel is close to everywhere, but the cleanliness is lacking, the room smells, the AC is not cold. I rented room 4, one of which had an AC that was not cold and the room smelled even though it was quite good.

The staff is nice, but the most uncomfortable thing is the bed, the pillows smell really bad so you have to put them back on so the smell doesn't get to your head.

Many of the floor tiles are cracked, so you have to be careful when walking for fear of getting scratched.
The room's atmosphere is a bit scary.
Even though the hotel is quite clean, the staff is friendly, but the hotel is quite far from Malioboro. If you walk, your feet will feel sore if you bring children, unless you walk alone, then you can relax.
