Staycation is the best because it's not only complete for children, but parents can also join in the fun. Anyway, you won't regret staying here, the staff are all friendly.

The hotel is new, from the lobby to the parking lot it's quite far but a golf car shuttle is provided, so be careful not to leave anything behind, the room is clean and looks new, overall everything is okay, except the towels are dark grey so they don't look hygienic, and the smell is really bad, I didn't want to use the towel because I was insecure

If possible, access to the parking lot other than by boogey car, there is access for pedestrians that is protected from heat and rain.

It's a pleasure to stay here.. I've stayed here twice... the kids really like it... the rooms are nice, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly... oh yeah, it's just a bit lacking if it's a 4-star hotel but there's no welcome drink... because I feel sorry for the guests waiting in the lobby... keep up the good work, Ibis Style BSD

quite recommended for family and kids.. but lacking for information to customers about the PS or playground facilities that are available every weekend. in terms of parking, it's okay because we can be taken by buggy to the hotel lobby. for the swimming pool and park, please pay attention to their safety, because when we went there, there was a child who slipped on the stairs leading to the playground.

The hotel is very pretty with lovely staff. Great for couples and families.

Love the convenience to go back and forth from ICE, AEON and Ibis for an event. The hotel lobby is decorated beautifully with fun colors and their staff is friendly. The pool is nice and the in-room dining has lots of variety. Some room for improvement: The TV volume is stuck at a very low level, we can barely hear anything from the bed so we didn't end up watching Netflix. This is probably because the room is not soundproofed (We can hear foot traffic outside) a Also in-room our fish and chips arrives soggy and cold, like it has been left for 20+ minutes before arriving :') While their burger is delicious, we don't recommend the in-room dining if you're starving. Great for short stays when working in and around BSD. Room soundproofing could be improved.

standard only, the sound in the room is not good, the people next door talking can be heard disturbing your sleep, and the food at breakfast is standard, it would be better if it was in another hotel, the swimming pool is also very small. Can't play PS on weekdays

All good, but the receptionist did not accommodate the small request of putting me into a room with less noise. My room was right before the elevator, and the noise made me disturbed.

1) Location: There is nothing in the vicinity; just the hotel. But near to GOP offices 2) Services & facilities: When checking in, the reception did not bother to tell me where's the elevator, or the breakfast area or the wifi password though he knows its my first visit. 3) Room comfort: Dark grey towels, shower area no shelf to put own toiletries, shower and shampoo 2-in-1 provided. TV (run on wifi) wasnt connecting. Ownself troubleshoot and realised its the wifi was wrongly selected. The phone in the room has got "speed dial" buttons for reception, housekeeping and restuarant but the words are printed in green on green background which makes it almost impossible to read. 4) Cleanliness: Found short strand of hair in toilet and on bed which does not belong to me. 5) Meal: Tried the breakfast; saw baby cockroach running at the area where the cups are stored; tried the tau hu (fried beancurd) at the longtong station and its sour (presumably gone bad). Feedback to the staff who took one back to kitchen but no updates provided.
