Besides the strategic location, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the room and hotel, what I like most is unlimited water to drink. The hotel provides a water dispenser with cool and hot water, so a person like me who always drinks warm water will feel comfortable. I asked for high floor but was given room on the 3rd floor instead, while staying with an elderly aunt, every night we heard a loud sound coming from outside the hotel, starting from 10pm to 4am. We stayed for 4 nights and ended up with having lack of sleep, wondering how come the club is able to operate daily with such a timing

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with that level of disruption, particularly during your four-night stay. Got a room on the first floor with no city view. Probably because I booked through Traveloka, not the hotel itself. The only sanitary items were toothbrushes and toothpaste. Soap and shampoo were in the bathroom. There was no coffee, tea, or sugar in the room. Bottled water was not provided. Drinking water had to be obtained from the gallon jug in the hotel hallway. You could borrow an iron if you needed it.

For sanitary kits, we provide basic equipment free of charge by contacting the operator and are continuously striving to improve guest comfort. The room size is sufficient. I just don't like that the room view is on the corner of the building. I can't see anything. The soundproofing is not good because other guests' conversations from the hallway in front of the room can be heard very clearly. The bathroom needs to be updated because it's very old-fashioned. The bed is also uncomfortable, the towels need to be updated too. They are rough and look shabby. There is no coffee and tea like other hotels.. there is only a kettle and cups.

Got a room on the first floor with no city view. Probably because I booked through Traveloka, not the hotel itself. The only sanitary items were toothbrushes and toothpaste. Soap and shampoo were in the bathroom. There was no coffee, tea, or sugar in the room. Bottled water was not provided. Drinking water had to be obtained from the gallon jug in the hotel hallway. You could borrow an iron if you needed it.

The room size is sufficient. I just don't like that the room view is on the corner of the building. I can't see anything. The soundproofing is not good because other guests' conversations from the hallway in front of the room can be heard very clearly. The bathroom needs to be updated because it's very old-fashioned. The bed is also uncomfortable, the towels need to be updated too. They are rough and look shabby. There is no coffee and tea like other hotels.. there is only a kettle and cups.
