The hotel is well located. The check-in staff (Dini) was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Mardian, the housekeeping staff was helpful & friendly. Good view from the sky lounge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

(+) comfortable, clean and bright hotel. The staff is friendly. Many choices of breakfast food.(-) food taste hopefully can be improved. Very dry fried noodles, bangkok fish sauce too salty, minimalist portions of meatballs. Puding too sweet. The music playing during breakfast is too noisy. I hope the song selection can be improved.

I love this hotel when the first time I saw on app. So, I decided to booked and d-day came out, I really love the mood of the bedroom. I like it especially the light of the room. Also, I love the environment and swimming pool area even tough on that day, I couldn't really saw the mountain because its gloomy day but it was fine and I still could enjoy it. One thing that I really not enjoy because of the dipan of the bed, some area have sticky hair. I think its from another customer, as you can see on my photo.

Its my first time to go to INNSIDE, the bedroom had minimalist style, compact and theres a huge mirror facing the bed (Awesome design, for people who like to take mirror selfie), see-trough glass facing to bed and window also is a very good design. Although the cleanliness can be improved. Amenities is complete, I love the hand soap, hard to find soft hand soap even on 5 stars hotel, good job Innside. The team is very welcome and helpful on my request. The pool view is the most amazing thing in this hotel. Will be back Innside ❤

Innside is not really far from Jogja’s city centre. Near to many shops areas and easy to find. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It has a small swimming pool with breathtaking scenery towards Mt. Merapi. Thank you Innside.
