Nice hotel and the rooftop with pool. Breakfast also great, many of choice of food. The only thing that need to improve is the parking management, I found the difficulties to find the parking space, valet service maybe a solution.

This is my second time staying here and I'm completely satisfied, I was able to early check in ag 12, the staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and clean, I also really love their rooftop pool, the view is marvelous 🥰

Modern decor room & comfy bed, free mini bar is a plus of this hotel together with the mount merapi view from your room window. However, adding hand towels in the shower room will be great. Don’t be surprised if they’d charge you if you ask to borrow the bowl, plates & cutlery Pool side is nice as well, the quality of food is lower than other 4 stars establishments where we’ve stayed. Cute room slippers that we’ve never seen anywhere 😊

The staff is friendly and helpful, the c/i and c/o process is also fast,
The room is spacious, it's just that the bedcover is dirty, the headboard also needs to be cleaned, because there is a lot of hair stuck to it and it's a bit dirty, the conditioner pump in room 628 won't come out. Please ask the room attendant to check again..
The breakfast is delicious, but in my opinion the menu is not very varied.
The pool is cool and quite spacious.
Next time I'll come here again,
And hopefully there is a kids club so that the children will feel more at home.

Love the hotel. Like the bed size. The bathroom is clean. The shower is good. Love the huge mirror next to the bed. The pillow is soft and each person got 2 pillows. As Indonesian, we use guling/bolster to sleep, so this is enough as bolster replacement. The front desk staff is super friendly. Give us lots of info. Keep up the good service. 🫰

at the 1st night we ask for towel exchange and pillow case exchange but the service is so slow and the room is not very clean, there’s dusk everywhere and the bedsheet at the next day is not change although we ask to change , we noticed because there’s a stain at the bedsheet, hope can improve better next time

Very cool, the staff are all friendly and fast. Assisted by valet and others without any other charges outside of hotel payments: "the facilities are complete, the pool is cool, there is a bar and the place is very cozy. Price, food variety, service are all the best!

The AC was not cold, the room was changed and it was even worse. After complaining again, I was moved to another room. It was cold at first, but in the middle of the night the problem was the same again.
In the future, I hope it will be fixed and conditioned if the room is ready to sell
