I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Hotel Medan, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience—especially thanks to the incredible front desk team.
Even though the room was not ready when I arrived around 8pm, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Maggie from operator provided me with seamless check-in, accommodating special requests, and offering thoughtful recommendations, including a late check out. She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.
It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, but this team has mastered it. They are the heart of the hotel, and their efforts did not go unnoticed!
Thank you again for making my stay so memorable—I will definitely be returning!

I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I don’t need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Also this my second time tried the mobile key feature which is very awesome that you can have a key in your mobile phone also a chat feature that connects you to the hotel directly.

All good. Just a little surprised when the elevator jerked on the way up (the rightmost elevator facing the elevator row). Hopefully, maintenance has fixed it to avoid any surprises for other guests.

The hotel service was good, the rooms were excellent, the amenities were commensurate with its class, and the breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, if you transact via Traveloka, you can't claim points, and your membership is invalid, the receptionist informed. Traveloka should address this issue and collaborate with the JW Marriott Hotel.

Always love coming here.. The staff are friendly, no need to ask, and always ask what they can help with.. They give fruit compliments and check-out is delayed… ❤️ No need to ask about the restaurant.. It's delicious.. But I like the pool the most.. It's clean ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my honest review, if possible 10 stars for this hotel because when you enter the staff 10 thumbs up for all of you guys, the service is very friendly, the receptionist is also great, the room is clean, it smells good, the food is also very delicious. If possible I want to go back to the JW Marriott Hotel Medan, basically you must stay here if you go to Medan.
