Outside area of the hotel is too close to the garbage disposal area. Otherwise, the interior and hotel building was good.

Room ambience, cleanliness, facilities are really good, only minus is the location of the hotel is far from everywhere, public transportation is very difficult because it is in a complex so you have to take an ojol if you want to go anywhere, the room is not soundproof so people passing by chatting can be heard very noisy, disturbing especially at midnight when I was sleeping, I was really disturbed at 3:40 a couple was joking, laughing, chatting like shouting, I swear it was disturbing so please the hotel pay attention to the tranquility of the area with people like this, it really disturbs other people who are resting, even the stalls and places to eat around are not there, the hotel also does not provide food restaurants, the wifi is always on and off so watching TV is turned off and on, the water is strong but during the day the hot water doesn't work, the AC is really cold, a dispenser is provided in the hallway, for Muslims, just provide your own mukena/prayer mat because the hotel doesn't provide it. That's all, thanks.

Very happy and comfortable staying at Kanaya, the room is not spacious but not cramped either, enough for 2-3 people. Unfortunately the bidet is too loud but it's okay, it can still be controlled

The hotel staff is very friendly, the security of the hotel door can only be accessed by hotel guests. It's just that for the cafe off, because to find food it's a bit far from the culinary center because it's located in a housing complex

It just so happened that I just wanted to rest here after a day of walking around. Surprisingly, the place is comfortable, clean, and for that price, it's worth it to rest. It seems like if you go to Bandung for a walk, it's suitable to just rest here.

Plus:-kamar rapi dan bersih.-parkiran aman karena ada security.-staff-staffnya ramah. Minus:-letak di area perumahan jadi agak jauh kalo mau ke mini market/cari jajanan.-ga ada keset di WC dan ceiling sudah berjamur.-dinding ga kedap suara. Suara tamu lain ngobrol di area resepsionis jam 12.30 malam sampai terdengar jelas.

Clean, access to the center of the crowd is a bit far into the alleys. With a price of 250, it's quite expensive, the blanket is very thin, the AC is cold, transportation by Gojek is fast. Excellent.
