I've actually stayed at Kristal Hotel several times for work. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and I sleep soundly in the peaceful atmosphere. There's hot water, so I don't have to worry about taking a shower at night. The Wi-Fi is also fast, allowing me to work even when there are lots of people using it. The staff are all friendly and always greet guests. The food is top-notch; the menu is varied and delicious. The dim sum is a must-try; it's absolutely delicious.

It's very comfortable for bringing family and children. We stayed in the three-bedroom unit, and the living room was very spacious. There's a bathtub, so the kids had plenty of space to play in the room. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Jakarta with a large family.

Our stay at Hotel Kristal was very pleasant. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a good night's rest. The bed was soft, the air conditioning was cool, and the in-room amenities worked well. The location is also strategic, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and kid-friendly, and the food is delicious. Coincidentally, there was an August 17th competition going on during our stay, which made the kids even happier. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
