Family of 5 people. We stayed 3nights in 2 x family triple room. Staff was good, hotel was old but clean and well maintained. It is complete with family entertainment such as garden, apple picking field tour, waterbomb, swimming pools, gym etc. The view from the restaurant was awesome. We love it!

Kusuma Agrowisata has a really nice view. It has a lot of activities that we can do in Kusuma Agrowisata. We can play in the waterpark and there're a lot of other fun activities.

A really chill staycation at Kusuma Agrowisata 😍
Booked a Superior Triple room with Breakfast on Traveloka for a short getaway with the kids, and honestly, the experience was beyond expectations! 🤩
The room was spacious, clean, and very cool—perfect for a little healing in the cool air of Batu, perfect for the three of us. The view from the balcony directly faces the garden, it's so refreshing to see the green trees every morning when you wake up. 🌳✨
Breakfast? Quite complete, there's fried rice, bread, fruit, and even coffee that's quite eye-catching. Not too fancy but enough to fill up your energy before exploring Batu.
What made this stay most memorable was the service from Mas Hizkia! 🙌
From the beginning of check-in, we were greeted super friendly, even explaining the hotel facilities and giving recommendations for fun spots around. Mas Hizkia is the real MVP, thank you very much Mas 🙏✨
The bonus is, this hotel has a super spacious area, there is a waterpark, apple orchard (you can pick it yourself!), and a free shuttle around the hotel. It is definitely suitable for families or a crowded staycation.

sore sekitar jam 4/5 saya nyalakan air kendala pertama airnya keluar sangat kecil harus menunggu 15 menit baru shower airnya keluar lumayan kencangx, tetapi air panas hanya bertahan 5 menit saja kemudian air dingin saja yang keluar. sudah adukan ke room services tetapi menunggu 1 jam tidak ada yang datang. Kemudian keesokan paginya setelah berenang, kembali lagi seperti itu sekitar jam 10 pagi. Jadi selama menginap disana saya mandi air dingin di cuaca yang hujan dan dingin terutama malamnya. Dan tidak mendapatkan kompensasi apa apa hanya permintaan maaf dari reception ketika check out .

The room is spacious and the atmosphere is actually nice, only the bed is not comfortable. When I stayed, there was a wedding event at the swimming pool so the swimming pool facilities could not be used because there were decorations in the pool. There should be another way so that hotel residents do not feel disadvantaged, for example a discount on the use of billiards or others.

My favorite hotel since I was a kid. What needs to be fixed is probably the swimming pool toilet which is due for revitalization, and the hotel room plumbing, the water tastes strange and smells a bit when the tap is turned on.

Second time staying here, the room and facilities are like hotels in general, the breakfast is very varied and delicious, the view is great 👍👍 the downside is that the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking in my opinion, the sheets have lots of brown spots, and the room smells like a room that has not been occupied for a long time, it's stuffy 😊😊
Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved again 🙏
