If soap, shampoo and towels are provided, they are left out when they come back, the room is clean and smells good again. It just feels cold when the bathroom exhaust is on and the new AC feels cold from early morning until dawn. I checked in at 16 and checked out at 5.30. The check in and check out process was very fast. It seems like it's time to replace the TV remote too. Others we are comfortable.

Overall baik, kamar nyaman, dapat upgrade kamar tanpa tambah biaya. Air panas nyala, channel tv cukup banyak, disediakan amenities cukup lengkap: air minum kemasan, sikat gigi&odol, sabun&shampo, teko air panas & ceret untuk air biasa. Disediakan air isi ulang di pojok tiap lantai. Lift berfungsi baik. Gedungnya tergolong kecil, parkiran tidak terlalu luas, menu sarapan tidak terlalu bervariasi.

Zonk banget parah. Pesen junior suite tapi WC nya mampet, pintu kamar mandi ga bisa dikunci bahkan ga bisa ditutup. Ruangan bocor dari air hujan. Kamar ga dibersihin. Ga ada tissu. Jangan sampe nginep sini lagi banyak hotel dengan harga segitu lebih bagus dan lebih proper. Makanannya ga enak sama sekali. Kamar kotor. Udah bayar extra bed di awal malah ditagih lagi aneh banget! Ga dapet nota pembayaran extra bed juga. Kayaknya resepsionisnya di luar manajemen hotel.
