The ultimate advantage is the very spacious bedroom along with the bathroom. During the night, the ambience around the hotel is quite dark as well as the bedroom. Very near to dreamland beach and golf but quite far from city center.

We are sorry to give a 1 star review, we are intending to write this review as a constructive critism as we are deeply dissapointed in this hotel. Sadly it was our fault for not reading the reviews first in Google before booking the hotel. Booked the hotel for 2 nights, checked in on the afternoon and we left straight away on the same night because it was just too unpleasant to stay. Hotel is not well maintained at all, dirty, stain, even our room 3402 has a line of small hole on the door that could be seen through from the outside. Overall ambience of the whole hotel is very creepy, very minimal lightings, corridors are very dark, even though there are lamps on the walls and ceilings but a lot of them are not turned on (maybe broken), room is not as clean as you would expect from a claimed 5-star hotel. Services just average, not even close to a proper 4 star hotels. It seems from the other reviews that from a few years ago it was already very bad and it seems the hotel was not doing anything to improve. Please do a major renovation to really serve your customers for a good experience and stay.

We stayed here when we got married 6 years ago. It is quite sad to see the place kind of deteriorate. The maintenance is quite poor. But the staff are very helpful and friendly, though they do seem a bit. Short on staffs. Would recommend this for a longer stay as the suite is quite affordable and with. Longer stay you can make things more comfortable, as the suite has its own kitchen.
