check-in time is late, and the reception staff "forces" the guest to admit it without giving any clarity on what time the room will be ready. The hotel should have anticipated the back to back conditions during the long weekend.
The hotel building is old and lacks maintenance, the elevator is muddy, the toilet in the changing room is dirty with lots of trash and sand.
The only plus point is the large room size even though all my requests were not fulfilled.

There have been many renovations, yes, the building used to be mossy and painted. Now it has been repainted and is bright. I got the Nakula tower, clean rooms, hot water, but the water is a bit black and sandy. Maybe because it is near the beach. The Nakula and Sadewa towers have been repaired a lot, the lights are on and bright, the air conditioner is also cold, there is only a tower that is still creepy, called the Arjuna tower, the building is still mossy and not maintained. Hopefully it will be repaired soon so that the horror impression is gone from Marbella

last stayed here in 2017 was still pretty good. that's why we chose to stay here again with an upgrade of 2 rooms because the kids are already grown up. but I was very disappointed because of the condition of the room and the outdoor of the hotel. in the future after the renovation, hopefully the hotel will be much better, yes. Considering that competitor hotels also continue to upgrade.
