First time staying here. Chose this because the review result on traveloka was really good. It turned out that the review result was in accordance with my expectation. The price is cheap for a 3 star hotel, the room is spacious, the wifi is smooth, the breakfast is also delicious

The room was comfortable, but it wasn't very clean because there were lots of tiny baby cockroaches crawling out from under the bed. Some even climbed onto the bed. The sheets were also less than clean. There were also several baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

The hotel's comfort wasn't what it had been in years past. While this wasn't my first time staying at the Nivia Hotel, this time it was definitely less than comfortable. The receptionist wasn't very friendly this morning, unlike previous times. They should improve their performance; if you're tired, rest instead of making a face.

My experience staying at this hotel was very good, and it was worth the price.
However, there were two things that I only gave it a 70.
- The breakfast was all carbs, with no other variations, and the porridge also lacked salt.
- The toilet smelled and the soap dispenser was hard to press.
