Novotel Lampung

The room is very good, neat, clean, and big. But unfortunately I was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, even though when I booked I had written in my order that I wanted a non-smoking room. The staff said the room had been ozonized, but it still smelled of cigarettes. For food, there are quite a lot of variations, but the taste is just so-so, below my expectations regarding taste. Oh, last but not least, a four star hotel should have their own signature scent, so your guests will always remember and recognize the scent. Please do use a specific soap and shampoo scent, a special one. So guests definitely feel and know that they're staying in a hotel that day. I feel like i was taking a bath in my own bathroom knowing that the scent you are using is a very familiar widely use scent of soap and shampoo. Ok, that would be all. Thankyou..

The location is quite easy to reach. Close to the city center, the standard room is spacious with good cleanliness. But the bathroom seems dirty, there is a lot of moss between the tiles and walls. The breakfast is okay, the food is delicious, and you can see the beautiful scenery outside.

friendly staff but "ignorant" there were several requests for room facilities...already said but ignored..maybe because overwhelmed by many guests...overall not responsive and not attentive to guests food tastes less good when compared to the Sheraton Lampung hotel maybe it's better to consider 10x if you want to come back here

Paid a lot but very unsatisfying. First, I wanted to borrow a bowl and spoon for the room but couldn't. Second, I wanted to bring breakfast to the room and was charged 85,000 haha even though I had already paid for the room + breakfast. Third, I wasn't informed when checking out that parking had to be registered again because it was only valid per day and I registered for parking when checking in so I had to pay again when leaving.

The restaurant was very crowded. It seemed like many people were having breakfast, so maybe the restaurant capacity was very full.

Okay everyone. Next time I want to repeat it again.

I really like the room, it feels really comfortable when I enter the room. I really want to stay here again next time.

Amazing place for staycation, Novotel Hotel.

I didn't expect the swimming pool to be so big and the beds to be so soft and the service to be so good.

hotel with complete facilities, kids can swim in the sea snorkeling safely because there are many staff supervising. from the city half an hour so it's not too far if for example you still want to eat outside. the playground is also very big.. for breakfast there are also many choices, but unfortunately there is no typical Lampung menu such as pempek..

This is not my first time staying here, it's been 2 or 3 times. This is my first time staying at a 4-star hotel. Here is my feedback: 1. The first time I arrived, arrived at the lobby, dropped off my luggage, none of the security guards or lobby staff took the initiative to help lift it, they asked first before serving me. (during my stays at other hotels, both in Lampung and other cities, there were always staff who took the initiative to come and help lift my suitcase). Maybe Novotel has different standards? 2. The goods were placed on the trolley for almost 30 minutes, no one picked them up and took them to the hotel, I (from the hotel room) called the receptionist and said she wanted to check, in the end I went down to the lobby, I saw that the goods were still there without any guard. Finally I lifted them myself. Just check the CCTV around 4 or 5 when I checked in if you don't believe me. Is it possible that all the staff were busy at that time because I saw there was a TNI event? because I saw that there were indeed several TNI outside. 3. King size room, but double bed (okay, no issue because other hotels have the same model), but the difference is that the double bed is not flat, so there is a gap in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep (see photo). It's like a king size bed that becomes double on the right and left (because the bed in the middle is made uneven, whereas in other hotels it is flat) Again, is the Novotel standard different from other hotels regarding the king size bed (double bed)? 4. Standard breakfast, but for meatballs, it's soft. Other foods are also bland. That's all my feedback.

The second time staying here, got a view, oh my God, it's really beautiful 🥰. The food is delicious, the hotel staff is friendly. Early check-in is allowed as long as the room is ready. For the staff, I give a thumbs up, they are very quick if we need help. Thank you Novotel Lampung 🙏🏻

Big hotel in the heart of Bandar Lampung. Easy access and also has a great view of ocean, you have to choose ocean view room if you want to stay here. Breakfast needs more options or variations, however the taste is OK lah.
