The place was very clean and comfortable. There is a mini market (indomaret) beside the house. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes walk to the Alun-alun Batu. It also has fully equipped facilities, such as TV, hot shower, towel, and breakfast; only for 260k. Very affordable. The breakfast was soto ayam.

Clean room and friendly staff. I stayed in room no. 10, right in front of the room there is a chair for chatting. Suggestions for the cable connection in the room I occupied, the socket is open, so it is vulnerable. Especially since I brought a small child.

Strategic location, near Batu square and Indomaret. The rooms are clean, the water is also smooth, there is a shared kitchen. Take the package including breakfast and it turns out the food is delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻 Overall okay for a standard guest house with affordable prices. The staff are also friendly. location is easy to access, there is a public kitchen, on the 3rd floor there is a cheap shop with a decent view.
Provided coffee, tea, sugar, soap, small towels, and only 1 pair of sandals.
minus : got room no.15 on the 2nd floor with a somewhat less clean toilet, the divan was already making noises, and NO HOT WATER as advertised.
