OYO 2097 Hotel Laksana Inn

There’s no hot water in the shower. It’s hard to plug your charger in the hotel. Please change your electricity plug. I can feel the spring on the bed, It hurts my body

This is an old hotel. More like a motel. Its super old. Once you enter the place, it smelled of wet wood. Pros Staff friendly Room has a mini fridge. A good aircon.(maybe not) No hindrance to book online taxi. Very near Nagoya hills, Nagoya City Walk, convenience stores, money changer, food shops/stalls, central to everything. Cons: Booked a triple room assuming it is going to be bigger than a double room, in fact it is the same. Room super dusty and have that fungus smell. Stay there longer, can get very sick. Not sure if it is the aircon or the air in the hotel in general, makes the eye feel dry and irritated. I was unable to wear contact lenses due to the discomfort. There is a hot water thermos and a plastic jug in the room. Assuming for you to fill water located at the corridor via a dispenser. I dare not use these amenities due to fungus growing inside the containers. I placed them beside the rubbish bin, but after housekeeping cleaned the room, she placed it back. Housekeeping ends work at 4pm. So if you want your room made, have it done before 4pm. Towel replacement to get at reception. Triple room have a single bed and a queen bed. Both bed felt like the spring will come out of the bed. Made the bed very wobbly and uncomfortable. Pillow is really scary to use. It is super super brown. Price should have been much cheaper. I feel this hotel too expensive for its age. No choice, but I had to stay here because another hotel had cancelled my booking prior to my arrival...

the hotel is very dirty and smell

front officers were polite, friendly and helpful...The woman (forgot to ask the name) welcome me nicely with her smile and the man (also forgot to ask the name) helped me to order go car early in the morning.

My first impression, the hotel was look like old one.. bedsheed also dull. Exhaust in my bathroom dirty and black dust came out from that exhaust. Very disturbing when we do an activity inside the bathroom.. cleaning is needed. Breakfast was not good taste because too much oil.. the restaurant also need new design and air fresher.. Overall I think the hotel need renewal.. on the other hand, the staff was good in handling the guess.. the location is good, near to nagoya mall.. it's around 5 minute by walking.. The best think is the price was good..

Good hotel for the range of price, near nagoya mall, near food truck, clean, the breakfast is good too, the towel smells not good, and only have a soap.
