It was our fourth time staying at panbil residence and it's awesome as always. This time we manage to impress our friend by our photos so they decided to move from their hotel to panbil residence (10th Oct2021), I guess it will also be their favorite hotel to stay, just like us.

excellent room, clean and fragrant. nice breakfast but need to add some more menu to make it perfect. room with lake view is amazingly good and surprised me, better to get upper floor. definitely will be back

The hotel is good overall, I live in this hotel when I go there. The only downside is that this time I booked for five nights, but had to check out one day earlier due to business needs. Since I will be staying again soon, I asked if I could put this day on my next stay. But it was rejected. Anyway, this hotel is good enough.

During check in and check out stuff in repcisionis not friendly at all. I was check out around 10.15 pm, heavy raining not even stuff to help me with umbrella going to my car. Need more training with stuff and they see by cover couse I was wearing sleper? So they not see at all? 🙃. Disapointed,

Aircon is old and not working properly. Will definitely not staying here anymore. Lobby also very hot and not comfortable.
